RULES OF TREATMENT

AIMS OF TREATMENT

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data retention is necessary throughout the period in which the contractual relationship will remain valid and the subsequent period imposed by the Community legislation and the Italian Government. After the indicated period, the data owner will delete the acquired  information depending on the timing of execution of these operations.

USERS'RIGHTS

The subjects whose personal data are referred have the right at any time to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, and oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
